That's correct.  There doesn't seem to me much (anything?) in the way of
online HTML documentation, but there's documentation in the SVN
repository...I'm not sure whether it will be installed with the egg from the
cheeseshop or not.

Another alternative might be Tiny RML2PDF:
http://openreport.org/index.py/static/page/trml2pdf


I haven't used either one, so can't say which might be better.
