Mark, I've tried both cases, but by separate. I mean, this morning I put quotes and it did not work, then I found out this XML function and I use it, but first I removed the quotes that I put before (my bad, I know). Now I try your idea (combine XML with the quotes) and for my surprise it worked!
My problem is that in Django I don't have to use this XML to escape or the quotes because automatically Django converts it to valid HTML. And I don't have to use quotes in the <a> tags if I'm sending a list of them to the template. I'm not saying that Django is better...it's just one of many differences that this two web frameworks have. Thanks a lot Mark. You've been very helpful! regards, Roberto Zapata P.S. Don't take this Django stuff as a personal discussion of this 2 web frmks. It's only a difference I noted. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
