I generally match the URL in the external system in the internal name
- ie, match server.webpath.

So, I'd use:

ProxyPass /mytest/ http://localhost:8090/mytest/
ProxyPassReverse /mytest/ http://localhost:8090/mytest/

I don't know if that's strictly necessary.

Oh, and I use:

server.webpath="/mytest"

Not with the trailing '/'.
