Just as a reminder, 1.0.4b1 is the first beta release of TG 1.0.4 it is not meant to be used in production. Nonetheless we are happy that you test it and help us find bugs to polish the upcoming release. Could you please post a ticket in our trac system with some zipped project with the bare minimum to reproduce the problem ? This would help us pin down the issue if you don't find a solution yourself. My first idea would be to look if FormEncode was upgraded and if going down from version would fix the issue.
