The best is the one you know.  You can do all that with TG.  I would do that 
with TG (as in fact I do!).  Your requirements were too much an overview to 
recommend anything -- at least to me.  If you decide on using TG and have a 
more detailed problem that you are not being able to solve, post it here and 
we'll help.
