I have also hacked some widget factory that inspects an SA model and returns widgets that can be used to edit/create the objects you want in the db. I then coupled this with some generic admin pages and this makes for a half decent administration zone... I consider my code unfinished since it requires an integer primary key to work at the moment. I would gladely help on such a project if you release it. I feel this is something that is missing in the TG world for SA at the moment.
