Kevin is passing the hand on this project and Justin will be the new maintainer: group : http://groups.google.com/group/turbogears-web-services project : http://code.google.com/p/tgws/ I also have some pending patches and am waiting for the commit bit on this SVN repos. Kevin has decided to move the project to google because it will be easier to manage the spam.
