I don't have an IE 7 at my disposal right now - but for once, the TG site itself isn't created using TG - it's a static site + a MoinMoin-Wiki AFAIK. Granted, not to much of an advertisment though. But matter of factly a TG app spits out the HTML _you_ provide. So if your co-workers know how to work around IE7-behavior, you can do that with TG of course.
