Should one just uninstall the old before installing the new?
Also, I think it would be helpful to users to print out exactly what
"the current directory" mentioned below is. I wasn't running it from /
usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/TurboGears-1.0.3.2-py2.4.egg/ which
appears to be the only place that the 'turbogears' directory exists.
And by parent directory, I assume it's talking about /usr/lib/
python2.4/site-packages/?
