The one thing that I really would like to see is how to output the SA
statement logs while I'm testing the models, and I still haven't
figured this one out so help is much appreciated.

I don't have autoload enabled. Basically all I want to test is that
all the models have their tables and relationships set up correctly,
which isn't hard, except that there isn't anything online that tell me
how to create and drop tables before and after each test, nor is there
anything that tell me how to even get a bound metadata and a autoflush
and transactional session back.
