Seems like PayPal accepts the return verification - despite what their IPN
Manuals say - before the 200 return of their transmission.
I'll do further testing, but right now it's as simple as handling the
notification before the controller method returns
aka:
def getPayPal(self,*args,**kw):
# handle transaction from PayPal
# issue back notification to paypal
# get 200 ok from paypal
return dict()
