I used epydoc, too, but it has been abandoned long ago. I liked the
generated layout (same as Javadoc, btw) a lot.

Now, I use Apydia <http://apydia.ematia.de/>, which is made by the same
people as Elixir, I think. If it only had a more compact layout (frames,
tabs?) - matter of figuring out how their themes work...
