This has nothing to do with TurboGears. Most browsers will save values 
you previously enterd into online forms if a certain preference setting 
is enabled (which may have been enabled by default). The will also save 
passwords entered in <input type="password"> fields if told so.

For Firefox, you have probably enabled the setting "Save passwords" on 
the "Security" tab in the preferences.

If you want to develop for the web, make sure that you get to know the 
features and quirks of browsers (the one you are using AND that bloody 
other one).
