Error reports for unreleased versions should probably go to the trunk
mailing list.
I can't reproduce this error with a current (rev 4199) checkout.
With nose 0.10.0a1 I get nor errors, with nose 0.9.3, all tests pass
too, but I get this strange error message:

I assume (from your paste) that you used the command "nosetests" to run
the tests.
If you want us to investigate this further, paste the full output of
"tg-admin" and the exact commands you used to install turbogears, to
create the test project and run the test and post a link.
