Now it seems to me that this should at least create the /soap/api.wsdl
path and that I should be able to acces it from the browser or
something else but it keeps giving me this error :

So I'm guessing I'm not understanding this properly but I just don't
see anything in the doc or the examples I've seen. I'm sorry if it's
something really obvious, I'm just not seeing it....
