That was my guess. I got the same error when I started over with a clean virtual environment and followed the directions for installing for source in order. Apparently TocsaWidgets is not included in the downloads or directions for alpha 4, but that they are for Paver. If alpha 4 is around long enough to make it into easy install, you'll want to check that. I did get something working, but I wanted to leave the issue open in case it was something likely to happen with another new user.
