Well to be fair enough, the --no-site-package is working as excpected on Gnu/Linux (all flavors), Windows and Mac... Last time I used TurboGears on OpenBSD I just hacked through this and did not think about amending the docs :( so... let's say it works for 90% of the uninformed casual passer-by. And let's say that if you use OpenBSD you're not the typical beginner either (OpenBSD requires some level of sysadmin to install that a Ubuntu won't).
