Install virtualenv. Then create a TG1 virtualenv using the --no-site-packages option, activate it & install TG1.0.3 into it. Use another VE for TG2. Which, btw, I just yesterday installed without a hitch. And if you like, purge your system's site-packages from all TG-related packages. Don't forget to update the easy-install.pth and remove the lines referring to these packages from there as well.
