Please don't! By dropping 2.4 support, you make TG2 unusable on RHEL/CentOS 5 and probably Debian. We already dropped 2.3 support which puts some restrictions on me (no RHEL4 anymore) but I don't see any possibility for me switching to 2.5 in the next 2-3 years (of course I have some machines with 2.5 and 2.6 even but a significant percentage of my customers need to use RHEL/CentOS 5).
For TurboMail 3 we still try to get Python 2.3 compatibility. Both Django and Trac still work with 2.3. Don't exclude all the 2.4 users from using TurboGears!
