It seems I find a solution. I did add  the line:
    'setuptools-0.6c9-py2.5.egg': 'fe67c3e5a17b12c0e7c541b7ea43a8e6',
in the md5_data dictionary of the tgsetup.py file and then re-run the
installation.
Now I can create the project but the error of the login process ther
is yet ...

could be the file tgsetup.py contain other errors, or could be not the
correct version ...
I try to re-download.
