I don't have a ticket number, just the email of the guy on the other end
that is helping me get this resolved. But, I can check with him
tomorrow and see where it is at. I'm in the US, and from what I
understand Kaspersky development happens in Russia. I was dealing with
one of the developers for a while, but that wasn't very productive given
the time differences. Is there anyone here that is in Russia that uses
Kaspersky that could work with the developers to get a resolution?
If not, I know they are using my server for testing, but they just
haven't been very responsive. I sent an email tonight to my US contact
and will let you all know the response I receive.
