Yes, that would be the case. Would that then upgrade them just in the
virtualenv, or in the non-virtualenv site-packages? Also, there is a
comment on the install page that says to use the -U option if you are
upgrading from a previous TG2 version. Since I wasn't 'upgrading', I
didn't think it applied to me. Maybe another paragraph could be added
there (for virtualenv newbies) that says just what you said above. I
understood what you meant and how it applied to me.
Regardless, I appreciate the explanation of what went on.
