Is there a way to install manually? Or something like that?

Here I am beind a proxy, so I use a small software(a small *.bat file) that
goes around it (this is how I installed TG2), with and without that software
activated I tryed to install what is left, In this case Pylons and modwsgi,
and so far no good, I've been work also on mod_proxy but TG2 tutorial
(behind apache) is not ready for windows so what I did was at *.conf file
reconfigurated at the end to go find index.html of the turbogears
.../templates ...

Going back to my problem of not installing modwsgi, you want me to install
the latest version of python (I am using the Python 2.5.4 version), in this
case Python 3.0.1, and afterwards in my console run upgrade easy_install?
