You mean a forum for discussion of TG topics? No, there is none, but I don't think there is a need for one since this email list is perfect for TG discussion. Or you mean a forum application written for TG that you can plug into your existing TG application or just use standalone? No, there is also none as far as I know, although it would be great if a robust one would exist.
