One of the things I do is match the ip address to a real location.

There seems to be a Unicode issue around this.  I'm guessing there's
an accent in your city name?

I've hopefully fixed this.  The problem is I'm not completely sure
what the encodings of the GeoIP database are, nor is it very easy to
test.

But if you wanted to clear your cookies, and try again, and let me
know if it works.  :)
