Hi, Slightly off-topic, can you suggest a tutorial for making dynamic forms, preferably using Dojo? I need to construct a form on-the-fly in kind of web shop: say, user chooses "pizza" in an order, then the form is populated with appropriate form elements -- like "cake thickness", "size", "toppings" drop-down lists -- as opposed to choosing "steak", when options for "rare/well done" are presented in a drop-down list etc. Thanks for your time.
