Not exactly on topic, but be aware that anyone using Linux will not be able to use a flash based upload. As a matter of fact it will kill their browser. Something Adobe hasn't fixed with the linux flash version in ages... and obviously they have no intention of fixing this. That's why I'm using a javascript based file upload. Not as fancy, but everyone with javascript can use it.
