The js should normally be inserted automatically when you use the widget. Are you using the PlotKit package from PyPI? That will not work directly because it is for TG1 widgets, not for TG2 (ToscaWidgets). But it's probably very easy to convert EasyPlot class from that package to ToscaWidgets.
