Please note that the tgsetup.py file at the standard location (http://www.turbogears.org/ download/tgsetup.py) will install now TurboGears _1.1_, since this is the latest stable release of the TG1 branch. If you want to install TG 1.0.9, you'll need to download http://svn.turbogears.org/tags/1.0.9/tools/tgsetup.py (which is correctly linked from http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/Install).
