Well, I am not sure. I think it should work properly, but the last changes were not tested with python 2.4.
So it is worth a try, and I would advise to run the unit tests first. If anything goes wrong, please tell us at http://groups.google.com/group/turbogears-web-services or http://code.google.com/p/tgws/issues/list.
