And it's not the first installation problem I encountered, so I think that's an unfixed problem, then I got a little upset. However, the point is the problem. Back to the topic. The environment I used: Fedora 8 (On Amazon EC2) Python2.6.4 With manually installation instead of tg2-boostrap.py: virtualenv --no-site-packages tg2env source tg2env/bin/activate easy_install Extremes easy_install -i http://www.turbogears.org/2.0/downloads/current/index tg.devtools It works. Thanks your solution. As an user of TurboGears. I hope it gets better. I am also willing to introduce it to other developers, but unfortunately, installation of TurboGears is a big problem, I know that it's difficult to make the installer to works with tones of dependencies packages in different environments. And I think it is the source of the problem, once there is a package dons't works, whole installation is broken, just like this one. Workarounds work, but they make you an unhappy developer. And I think that's why I hear "difficult to install" from other people. It is negative for growing of community. There are so many python web frameworks to evaluate, an exception of installation makes them give up and turn to next one. That's why I feel upset, too.
