I've been encountering the same issues as reported in http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/2433 for a while. I just checked and saw that Paste 1.7.3 is out now and includes mime parsing fixes. http://pythonpaste.org/news.html#id1 Is this something TG 2 could/should upgrade to?
I did a quick test to confirm the mime parsing fixes.
