I cannot get the admin UI record creation to work at all.
It used to work a couple releases back, now it fails silently. Very perplexed
and annoyed.
For instance, I cannot create a new user.
Sample SQL created:
INSERT INTO tg_user (user_id, user_name, email_address, display_name, password,
created, account_id) VALUES (%(user_id)s, %(user_name)s, %(email_address)s,
%(display_name)s, %(password)s, %(created)s, %(account_id)s)

Seems broken since user-id is a number, account_id is a number, created is a
datetime.....but they all user %s?
