Am not claming a wrong thing.I solved this.I have a test
program in while am running i got error that ...

cx_Oracle.OperationalError: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory
This is because the oracle instance is not specified.Then it is
fine.From my venv also fine now some sqlalchemy error am geting.Thanks
