As we already discussed recently, prefixes did not work correctly with TG 1.1.1 and SQLAlchemy >= 0.4.1, but this has been fixed in the current TG 1.1 branch. Are you running the patched version from SVN already? If yes, can you send me your controller, model and datagrid definition so I can check if there is still an issue. Are you using SA 0.6?
