Odd. I -thought- I was running 2.1rc1 and easy_install says it's installed, but
....

$ easy_install -U -i http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/downloads/current/index
tg.devtools
Searching for tg.devtools
Reading http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/downloads/current/index/tg.devtools/
Best match: tg.devtools 2.1rc1
Processing tg.devtools-2.1rc1-py2.6.egg
tg.devtools 2.1rc1 is already the active version in easy-install.pth

$ find . -name "*2.1b2*"
./lib/python2.6/site-packages/tg.devtools-2.1b2-py2.6.egg
./lib/python2.6/site-packages/TurboGears2-2.1b2-py2.6.egg

$ find . -name "*2.1rc1*"
./lib/python2.6/site-packages/tg.devtools-2.1rc1-py2.6.egg

I thought easy_install would activate my 2.1rc1 ?

Poking around in  ./lib/python2.6/site-packages/easy-install.pth

./TurboGears2-2.1b2-py2.6.egg
./tg.devtools-2.1rc1-py2.6.egg

Don't see TurboGears2-2.1rc1-py2.6.egg in my easy-install.pth
