If you are using SQLAlchemy declarative you can set the engine per table in
the query args,
and if not using declarative you can set in the Table
Ex:
class MyTable(DeclarativeBase):
__tablename__ = 'table1'
__table_args__ = {'mysql_engine':'InnoDB'}
