Unfortunately, there's no such document that I'm aware of. We are
getting back towards moving forward. I've been offline for the past
few days due to work. I think that, in future, I'm going to post a
note in advance when work is doing something, rather than a reactive
thing.

Anyway, we are moving forward. We'll try to get mako docs done in a
timely fashion.
