Just so you understand the current situation: This is all in flux
anyway, we are in the middle of migrating the development infrastructure
from the old TG server to SourceForge and also migrating the Wiki docs
for 1.0 to Sphinx. I hope once the migration is over, more people will
be able and willing to participate and update the docs. We know that
both 1.x and 2.x docs are currently imperfect, but we currently need to
focus on getting the migration done.
