While searching for more tutorials I came across
http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/docs/main/Wiki20/wiki20.html which
contains a slightly different of the tutorial this was written about
(http://turbogears.org/2.0/docs/main/Wiki20/wiki20.html).

Most comments appear to be valid for this version of the tutorial as
well.  but the 2.1 tutorial contains the pages_table table and a
mapper which is not present in the 2.0 tutorial.

A nice addition to the 2.1 tutorial is the link to AutoGenerating
Model Code with SQLAutocode, this would probably be useful in the 2.0
tutorial as well.
