The minor advice that I have might not be too helpful, but here it goes: The key to making this work right is going to be in "rev proxy 2". You have to configure that proxy to normalize all URLs coming from OpenERP so that, regardless of the domain status in the url, it will *always*be the same thing being fed to "rev proxy 1".
That's the hard part. Once that's done, rev proxy 1 will be easy.
