Yep, a change was made earlier due to the Google SiteLinks stuff. I've temporarily reverted the change, and things are working again. I'll have to tackle that problem better tonight, I think.
Sorry, my fault. Symlinks must be allowed for all downloads dirs. I hope I have configured it properly now so that index and symlinks options are only set where really needed.
