Thanks! I had looked at the new URL, but 1.0.5 wasn't there. 1.0.4, 1.0.8 and 1.0.9. But the tgsetup.py file is only for 1.0.9. I'll try 1.0.9 with python 2.5.1.
I have added the missing indexes for 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 if anybody needs them. See also http://turbogears.org/1.0/docs/Install/index.html#specific-version-installation for installing specific releases of TurboGears 1.0.
