Did you actually *run* pagedemo2? Does that work?
I'm not seeing anything wrong in your code (apart from ruined
identation), so you need to give us more info.
What exactly happens when you run *your* code? Do you see the grid? Is
the "Name" heading clickable? Which link does it have? What exactly
happens if you click it? What if you click it the 2nd time?
