I'm not sure how with SQLObject (I'm TG2 and SQLAlchemy, myself).

Basically, though, you do a "privconn = SQLObject.connect()" inside your
subprocess, and use *only* that connection object. At least, that's how it
works with SQLAlchemy, and I would expect that it's the same for SQLObject.
