I see no mention of tg-admin here, either.
Even I use paster quickstart example , however i still get : C:\MyPythonEnv\MyPythonEnv>paster quickstart hello 'paster' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Did you type "Scripts\activate.bat" to activate the venc, as stated in the tutorial? You must run the paster command in the same console where you activated the venv.
