You don't, they are created for you by the visit system, and passed as last parameter in validate_identity.
validate_identity(self,TICKET,TICKET_URL,visit_key=None):
The second and third parameters are actually user and password, as submitted by the login form. You would need to set identity.form.user_name=TICKET and identity.form.password=TICKET_URL if these are your parameter names. But I don't recommend abusing the validate_identity method in such a way.
