Pylons 1.0.1rc1 needs WebOb >= 1.1.1 tg.devtools 2.1.4 needs Turbogears >= 2.1.4 Turbogears 2.1.4 needs WebOb 1.0.8 Therefore its uninstallable. The linked threads seem to have the same problem but theirs got fixed, not sure why.
