Hi,

I have been poking like a month ago the idea of having Jinja based
quickstart templates for turbogears, so I went and added a set of
jinja equivalent templates of the tg2devtools quickstart templates, I
created a personal branch for this stuff if anyone is interested in
using or merging this drop me a line to do a merge request.

My patches add a set of jinja based templates and an additional option
to the quickstart command (-j or --jinja), when running the quickstart
command if you answered no to mako templates it will offer jinja ones.
If using jinja templates it will add the jinja module to your project
setup.py and configure jinja as the default templating system (this
would probably break something, maybe it would be a good idea to load
Genshi too for toscawidgets or add toscawidget jinja templates too).
This patch also requires a patched tg2 with jinja2 support for dotted
template names (tg2 trunk or 2.1.5 will do).
