you may be searching the web in an incorrect way. we call it "deployment" rather than "publishing". so, you can make a search like "turbogears deployment" or "deploying turbogears". if you are using TG 2.1, i have written a blog post on how to deploy a tg2.1 app with nginx & uwsgi. you can read it at http://www.mengu.net/post/deploying-turbogears-21-application-with-nginx-and-uwsgi. wish you good luck. let us know when you deploy it so they show it off on "who's using it" page.
